This is a beautifully-made machine embroidered lace trimming with sequins and beads. Each flower has a black stone in the middle. As elegant as it looks, this will definitely enhance the look of your dress, hat, or costume.
For best application, hand-sewing is recommended. It can also be glued using E6000 or a fabric glue.
