This is a beautifully-made machine embroidered lace trimming made of metallic thread with flatback rhinestones glued sporadically. As elegant as it looks, this will definitely enhance the look of your dress, hat, or costume. Can be cut into individual pieces.
For best application, hand-sewing is recommended. It can also be glued using E6000 or a fabric glue.
